Buyer Relations
Maintaining buyer confidence and satisfaction is a priority for most developers. But they also have a bottom-line interest in making sure the closing process is not unduly prolonged.
Walking buyers through release of their inspection contingency, for example, can be a painstaking process. The objective is to delicately balance the buyer’s desires with the development team’s commitment to providing quality, finished units in a timely manner. Adriyl’s process for buyer relations in urban developments prevents unnecessary project costs. Our experience helps us establish positive working relationships wherein buyer trust is earned and mutually agreeable expectations are set forth from the get-go.
Ultimately, Adriyl’s Buyer Relations system was designed to facilitate the interaction and coordination of buyers through the sales, escrow, design center, inspection, and move-in process. Working in concert with the sales team, our objective is to ensure the escrows are closed on time. We play a critical supporting, coordinating role for all parties involved, including the buyer, developer, sales team, escrow company, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, design center team, and HOA/building management.
