Typical Design Center Package
Typical upgrade and options packages include approximately 25% of what is normally expected in a suburban project, including:
Flooring- solid or engineered wood flooring, laminate, linoleum, and all types of carpets
Appliances- refrigerators, washer/dryers, ranges, dishwashers, hoods, and microwave ovens
Window treatments- drapery panels, roller shades, roman shades, vertical and horizontal treatments
Lighting Systems- line or low voltage lighting systems, fans, and fixtures
Technology Packages- wireless lighting controls, and audio/video pre-wiring, as the project allows
Closet Organizing Systems- fully custom systems or Elfa
Interior Built-Ins- shelving systems, interior partition doors, custom furniture
Tub/Shower Glass- tub enclosures, panels and shower door enclosures
The design center upgrades and options package can be designed to offer many choices, or streamlined to just a few selections. We typically set up an on-site design center for buyer meetings, however our San Francisco Design Center is also available for this use. Depending on the size of the development, the management of the buyer selection meetings and management of the installations are provided at no cost to the developer.
